CURED MEATS AND CHEESES, SERVED WITH TRADITIONAL CRESCENTINE (FRIED FLAT BREAD), WHICH COME FROM LOCAL FARM HOUSES AND ARTISAN CHEESE PRODUCERS. MEATS ARE ALWAYS TOP QUALITY, ARRIVING FROM THE LEM BUTCHERY AND THE SLOW FOOD MARKET. SECOND COURSES FEATURE EMILIAN SPECIALITIES BUT ALSO MORE CREATIVE DISHES. ALL OUR DESSERTS ARE HOME-MADE.
